Edmonton Maternity * Chandra

Edmonton’s water levels on the North Saskatchewan river were very low the year I photographed Chandra’s maternity session. It had been a very dry and warm summer. The river was so low that the Edmonton River Queen had to stop sailing. However, the low water level did expose a fabulous rocky spot along the shore that was the perfect backdrop for a sunset maternity session in the Fall. It was such a perfect evening!  Oh that light!  Chandra and her husband welcomed an adorable baby boy shortly before Christmas 2015. Those photos will be on the blog soon.
