Edmonton Family Photographer * McAdam Family

I first met Jody and her little guy through the Mommy Connections program in Edmonton. She has since moved away with her family to Calgary. Out of the blue, I received a message from her, asking if I ever travel south and if I would consider doing a photo session with them. Crazy enough we were going to be in Calgary the following weekend!  My children get an extra couple of days off in November from school, so we like to go away somewhere with them. Not enough time off to go far away, but Calgary is perfect. At any rate, I was able to book a session with Jody’s family along the Bow River.  This was a new experience for me. I like to scout my locations ahead of time, but it just wasn’t possible this time. Thankfully Google Street View exists and I remotely chose a cool place for our family session.  This cute family will be on the blog again coming up!  They have had a busy few years — getting married and welcoming a little girl. I photographed some formals after their wedding and a cake smash with their daughter.
