If you have visited my blog in the last couple of weeks, you will have noticed there are no photos of my sessions. Just a bunch of posts with the same picture saying I need to update my 3rd Party Service provider. For the last 10 years I had been using Photobucket to host my blog photos, because it was free. Yeah yeah I know. Free never stays free. And it didn’t. Overnight, one day in June, Photobucket broke the links for 10’s of millions of photos and sent out word that we had to pay for their highest level of service before they would restore the links. Myself and millions of other long time users were shocked and very upset. So I am now trying to rebuild my blog by uploading the photos again through MyFotoJournal, which hosts my blog. This is what I should have done in the beginning. In the meantime, please visit my Facebook Page for the latest photos. This will take a long time to fix.

Ps here is an updated photo of my little family. This was from the last few days we had with our little dog, Shadow.
I met the Campbell family through a Mommy Connections Edmonton class. I was honoured that they requested me to do a family session with them for their baby boy’s first birthday. Since it fell close to Christmas I was able to do a quick Christmas mini set up with them at the end of the session. He sure loved my buffalo plaid Christmas star ornament.

I was approached by Jack’s mom about doing an Edmonton Christmas themed mini session with her mom’s group. I do minis like this all the time with Edmonton Mommy Connections, but we usually don’t strip all the babies down and pose them together. The good news is there were no tears in the finished photo. There weren’t any smiles either. Lol. But it was fun to do. Each baby got his or her own Christmas mini session in their Christmas outfits and with their siblings. This photo inspired another mom’s group to contact me about doing Valentine’s photos with their twins. I’ll share that one later. It’s pretty funny. All but one was crying.

These were the best twins I have ever photographed! The slept the whole time, even when I was posing them with their Golden Retriever big brother dog. Being an Edmonton newborn twin photographer is pretty challenging (usually one baby is asleep while the other is awake) but these two made it so easy.
